Thank you Debbie for the kind words. Working through an estate of a loved one can be quite taxing, and difficult. Working through the IRS website can be more than a little challenging. I am happy for you in that in this instance, only thing required was navigation of the website as opposed to bringing on a probate petition for your other's estate.<br><br>Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Plan B! I do appreciate your comment and I do enjoy the teaching component to what I do. I have found over the years that many older estate plans will fail because the clients allow the plans to become stale. When the client is educated throughout the process, the client has a greater understanding and therefore follow through on instructions, such as funding the trust estate. Teaching is the best way to help the client stay engaged in the project and make sure their needs are met.<br><br>Thank you for taking the time to comment on a part that I feel is very important.
