Great team

I've been trying to get things done for over a year with his company. And they have not done anything they need new records. They've been disrespectful and so therefore I don't need them to do anything form me. I need to find somebody that can do their job and do it properly and not. Make me wait for over a year and have my money and still haven't done anything. I haven't lie or committed fraud I've got them everything that they have ask for and now I'm the bad person WOW how nice is that , they can just refund my money and done have to think twice about anything!!!!!! Refund it you think I'm such a bad person!!!! Thanks for the comments.

If I could provide a 0/5 star rating I would. I initially tried to file for bankruptcy in November ended up paying my fee early before having my consultation in December. I then decided against it and requested my filing fee payment back and was told I would receive it since I didn’t have any service provided to me at that time. To the date of writing this I have called weekly talked to at least 12 different people and have been promised phone calls back to resolve the issue and reverse payment and still nothing has been done. These people will take your money and refuse to even give you a call back because they don’t want to deal with it. I have been waiting in a refund for a month now and it seems to be nobody’s priority. Extremely disheartening to see this from a bankruptcy attorney’s office considering the people they are working with NEED money and they won’t even prioritize a refund for their customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

I reached out to this law firm in mid-November and had an initial consultation on November 24 with Torii. She was kind, empathetic, and very understanding, which I genuinely appreciated during a stressful time. However, compassion alone does not make for an effective legal practice. Throughout my interactions, I had several important and time-sensitive questions related to my case that Torii was unable to answer directly and consistently had to defer to another attorney, Dax. When questions were deferred, I was often told I would receive follow-up information within a certain timeframe; however, responses routinely took significantly longer than stated, and in some cases did not arrive at all. During our final conversation, I was told that a means test had been completed and that my estimated payment would be approximately $3,000 per month. This figure was surprising and concerning, so I asked to see the calculation in writing, as I am a visual learner and wanted to fully understand how that number was determined. I was told the form was “a mess” and that I wouldn’t understand it at that time, and that it would be sent later. Unfortunately, it never was. I was also asked to pay the $313 filing fee prior to my scheduled appointment with Dax, which I understand is standard practice. However, given that key questions about my case remained unanswered, I did not feel comfortable proceeding further without greater clarity. Ultimately, I spent a morning contacting my creditors directly and was able to negotiate settlements for a fraction of the projected cost—without filing bankruptcy or severely impacting my credit long-term. As a professional myself, I place a high value on clear, timely communication. In my experience, responses often took a week or longer, if they came at all. I later reviewed other client feedback and noticed a pattern in which the firm frequently responds to reviews by stating that the reviewer was not a client of record—technically accurate if someone only completed a consultation, but still worth noting for those researching the firm. I encourage anyone seeking bankruptcy counsel to do thorough research, ask detailed questions, and ensure they fully understand their options before proceeding. Remember: this is a professional service, and the attorney works for you—not the other way around.

A great place to give up and start over.

I filled my bankruptcy with Dax. I have not spoken to him not 1 time the entire time. When faced with a matter I was given no advice other than to hire a second attorney. This law office will charge 4k+ and not offer any advice nor in anyway be helpful. If you are looking for an attorney that does the bare minimum. This is your office.

Probably the best bankruptcy attorney in Indiana, great staff, great professionalism, and you can tell they really want to help. I did a lot of research on attorneys in Indiana, what I found out is this is the only firm that stands behind what they say on the website, they don't make you feel bad because you're in the situation of filing, and they look out for your best interest. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The process of bankruptcy can seem a bit scary. But the staff members all helped make this a smooth transition. Been to other attorneys and they told me I didn't qualify sent me out the door. Dax and his team took the time to examine everything and make it happen. I’d love to say that I had a great experience with them, I didn’t in my opinion and it is also my personal opinion that I would not recommend them to handle your business. Edit: I screamed at your staff because the calm got disconnected due to the area that I was in and when I called back, you had already moved on to the next client. Which is highly unprofessional. Then you threatened me with a lawsuit for my negative review.

Worse lawyer office ever, they made me and my wife pay $400 down just for them to charge $1500 more after we paid $400 down. They didn’t give us our refund or anything do not work with this lawyer this is the worse lawyer office ever we was scammed.
