I was wrongly arrested by faulty info from a CI that illegally planted drugs in my home. Although I was able to prove my innocence from the beginning no one from the DA's office would investigate my claims. My case was dismissed after 4yrs but I lost just about all I had and it's been a struggle to put my life back together. Then I spoke w/Don Tittle. Don Tittle WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CASE IF YOU ARE BLACK. i was looking to sue officers for an unlawful arrest where i was discriminated, the case was dismissed and turned in my favor yet don tittle refuses to represent me in making claims for the damages resulting in the unlawful arrest because of my skin color. dont tittle does not care about your civil rights unless you are of white color like him. I am just currently trying to see if Mr.Tittle will look at my case, we have no relationship beyond me dropping off papers and videos on a thumb drive. His receptionist is professional, friendly, and has been a pleasure to speak with and meet in person.
