This firm is unbelievable, never would I have thought that someone could care so much about my case- let alone my wellbeing. He never spoke a single word, nor dis he meet my old partner, and somehow stopped all the slander and attempts at extortion from the landlord as well. Both trying to push and bully me into leaving my business so I would have A breach of contract one way or another... and they could then become partners, with me still paying on my debt. I didn’t want to leave- I was pushed. Mike saw this from the beginning- weeks before I even had a clue. He never let me worry, kept me in the loop even when I would try and ignore the calls, expecting bad new. Mike never let me feel like we weren’t going to win. I was pushed out of my first business. I broke my back for my shop. This firm, Michael McKarski- they never stopped working and watching out for me. Not only did I get to leave debt free- this ALONE was worth it’s weight in gold... The final unexpected blessing: last monday- I cashed a buyout check, handed to me by the opposing attorney. I open up my new shop next month. Long story short: if you need representation- just call anyone you find local on google and enjoy the “The mailbox is full & can no longer take your messages, goodbye!” And don’t forget the “he/she’s in a meeting- can they call you back!?” nonsense.
