My overall experience was good, They did a good job explaining situations, and were very helpful when they sent me items to do, they had them very well laid out, with step by step instructions. very helpful and friendly staff. They did answer any questions I had very well, and always did in a timely manner return my phone calls. A few issues I wish would have been different. In the beginning I was informed they would take 40 percent, but I was never properly informed they also take fees out of the money also. Most of the time I had to call them to get updates on where things were in the process. I also wish my opinion would have been considered more during the process. Overall they did a good job on my case. I was not happy with the amounts I received for my spouses years of suffering, but that was due more to the area I live than the work done by the Lawyers. I would recommend Gismondi & Associates, and would use them again, if I ever had another medical malpractice case.

I can’t thank John Gismondi enough for what he did for me and my husband. I came to him in October of 2022 after a horrific accident. He was there for us from the beginning. He found a rider in my car insurance policy that allowed me to file a claim for wage loss which we didn’t know we had. That meant I was able to draw income while I was out of work for four months. We chose Gismondi & Associates to represent us in a personal injury claim resulting from a violent head-on collision with a car driven by a DUI driver in June 2021. The law firm located in Pittsburgh was highly recommended by a White Oak law firm. Atty. Scott D.Glassmith of the Gismondi law firm reached out to determine if my wife, son, and myself had a case; thereafter agreed to represent us. All subsequent discussions were by conference calls; written communications electronic. Q&A and explanations were in layman's terms, not legalese. It was advantageous that the drunk driver accepted responsibility and apologized to us and to the police and even at the accident scene. Following the accident she was tested at the hospital and had twice the legal limit for blood alcohol for Pennsylvania. It was unfortunate for us however that her insurance carrier is known for lowball accident settlements. We we are very thankful for the hard work of Scott and his staff obtaining medical/ hospital records and going through difficult negotiations for an acceptable settlement. For us, Atty. Scott Glassmith's demand for an immediate jury trial in response to several requests for delay over a whole year by the other party is further testament to his outstanding lawyering.
