Always honest at the right price

My Wife and I needed a PoA document. We were able to get one for each of us at a very reasonable price. The other reviews paint Mr. Witte as a cold and uncaring individual. I think he is simply misunderstood. There were a couple awkward moments as you would find in any new relationship, but he was extremely personable and professional. It was a wonderful experience working together. Just make sure you smile really big ;) .

I thought Glen did a great job. Very professional and actually he worked a $2.6 million dollar inheritance and caught a major mistake three times the opposing estate attorney was oblivious to. I highly recommend Glen as I have worked with 6 other attorney's in my life and he is responsive and very good at his job and will not over charge you. Also, this is not a "fake" review.

I made an appointment with him because he's supposed to be one of the top three lawyers in real estate law and he also did real estate planning. Naturally, he wanted us to wear masks which we were happy to do. When we arrived at his office, he made it apparent that he wasn't happy that we haven't been vaccinated yet. He told us he thought it would be better if we went elsewhere. He also said he is thinking about putting a sign out that says vaccinated people only. What a wasted trip. We live 45+ miles from his office.

The assistant

Charged me $450 for a free consultation after I waited for almost 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time for him to get done with other clients. Only spent an hour with him and he made sure to keep original documents, while giving me back copies of it without me realizing the switch. My new lawyer was able to get the paperwork back with seemingly no problem except a bill for $450.

Glen Witte is the nicest, most knowledgeable lawyer I have experienced. He help my husband and I with a really scary real estate purchase. It was our first attempt at buying a home and I'm 100% positive that Glen saved us thousands of dollars. He gave us great advice and helped us workup a purchase agreement. We 100% recommend him! He is generous and kind. Only good things to say about him!
