We used Mr. Marcus Beaudin. Him and his paralegal Dawn are absolutely amazing! They always told us exactly what was going on, kept us up to date, and fought hard for my husband. Litigation can be stressful, but they are very good at answering all your questions (even the silly ones) and are 100% behind you. If for some reason, we ever need a lawyer again we will 100% be using him for all of our needs. And he doesn’t charge you a ridiculous amount of money.

Stay away from Greg Simmons representing you. I was going thru a painful divorce and made a bad decision to use drugs to mask the situation. I’m recovered and clean now for 5 years plus. He knew I was on drugs and took advantage of me. Don’t let his sales pitch to hire him fool you. 20k later I got my divorce (5K) in which he wasn’t present in court to represent me but his legal assistant represented. The other 15k went towards a simple drug possession charge (1gram)/I never had a previous record. He hung me out to dry. 4years probation, multiple fines and 290 hours of community service. I felt like he let prosecutors max me out to gain leniency on other clients he had. I contemplated going to the bar association after trying to resolve the over charging with him and was unsuccessful. I chose to chalk it up as a learning experience. I’m just saying, don’t trust him. There are better lawyers that are in that area.

I didn't know what to do, who to turn to, or what to say upon walking in that office. I needed a lawyer but first I needed to talk to see if I was on the right path. Mrs. Deena sat right beside me with the tissue box and listened. There was no opinions given, she just listened.... I was unsure of my need of their service until it was just evident that I needed professional help with this legal matter. I’ve already left a review while going thru our process. But I wanted to update now that the process is complete. We hired Marcus Beaudin the end of September 2024 for a termination of rights, and adoption. And the case was completed yesterday December 20, 2024! These guys move FAST as long as the courts and such permit it. Marcus, and Dena (his paralegal) were absolutely AMAZING! They were easy to reach, and always responded to messages quickly. They did so well updating us every step of the way. They were kind, compassionate, and non judgmental of our situation. And just as happy as we were to see the end result and by CHRISTMAS, which is what we were hoping for. They were able to get us into the court room in front of a judge the same week that all steps were completed. And just days away from Christmas. It was important to these guys to ensure we got the Christmas Miracle we hoped for! The entire process was fast, smooth, and painless! I personally used Attorney Marcus Beaudin. And I cannot say enough about him and his team. I used him for a termination of rights, and adoption by my husband. They work so quickly. And they update you as they do every step. It’s been so easy to reach him, and even when he’s not available his paralegal is quick to respond. They have been so compassionate. And have worked so hard for the outcome we came to them for. My case is almost complete. I want to personally thank Gregory Simmons (and his fiancé, Denise) for marrying my daughter on such short notice and allowing us to use the entrance to his beautiful office to do so. We were able to give our daughter the biggest little wedding possible!

Absolutely horrible and incompetent. My husband hired lawyer for a SPEEDING TICKET almost 2 years ago. After failing to appear in court on his behalf MULTIPLE times, he was arrested. Even after we made them aware of warrants MULTIPLE times. They failed to communicate important details to us and continue to fail us. After the case was closed A YEAR AGO, no one will return our calls or emails regarding documents we requested for insurance purposes. Awful experience with a simple speeding ticket, I can't imagine how difficult it would be for them to handle a more serious case.

After four years and an investment of over $6,000, they withdrew when I faced financial constraints. If considering this firm, ensure the potential results align with your budget. Unfortunately I was only able to work with Chet, was never afforded the opportunity to work with Gregory Simmons.
