Jack did ALOT of work to win our case against our Massachusetts landlord.i would give him more then 5 stars of if they had more. Thank you Jack for everything. You are the best!!
I was the victim of a prolonged & impossibly contentious boundary dispute spanning 2+ years. Jack Kauders was my third lawyer! He analyzed & understood the complicated facts quickly, then was able to resolve the case to my satisfaction in a matter of weeks. He was direct & clear in communication, honest & more than fair with his fees. This case was excruciating, but working with Jack was a real pleasure.
I have worked with Jack extensively over the past two years or so, and have nothing but good things to say about him and his work. Jack was our legal counsel on a couple of very stressful matters, and I found his demeanor and expertise to be very reassuring, alleviating a great deal of my stress in both situations. He was unfailingly professional, extremely responsive, well-versed in the law (both civil and criminal), and always, ALWAYS, had my best interests as his client at the fore-front. Jack's concern for his clients is genuine, his work to achieve the best possible outcome goes the extra mile. Highly recommend.
Jack did excellent work for us. Our family recommends him. He was always quick to respond. The negative reviews I see here look like they are from people he was not representing, therefore their criticism is a compliment because Jack was successful getting his client(s) what they needed, & the opposing side retaliated with a bad review.
Jack Kauders submitted a DRAFT "Motion for Relief from Improper Conduct" to the Mediator, along with a Mediation Statement on behalf of his client whom I had sued, alleging he was "unable to litigate" as if he didn't understand the purpose of Mediation is to reach a Settlement without continuing to litigate, and MY improper conduct was failing to hire an attorney rather than represent myself, resulting in costs from delays for which he was responsible, as well as charging his client for misrepresenting the facts and refusing to negotiate while using vocabulary for which the following definitions apply: "erratic behavior" by Plaintiff against his client means any rational action he didn't predict and can't understand, "wildly inappropriate actions" by Plaintiff, meaning not giving up to his client, "threatening" the attorney - the "warning" that a public review of attorney's actions would be disclosed.
Hands down one of the best lawyers around. The negative reviews are certainly from the cases he has won against. I plan on using him again for me and my business
This guy is a fraud. Arguably the most incompetent, ignorant to the law “lawyer” ever licensed in NH. He recruits family and friends to “hand deliver” legal paperwork and notices that typically would require law enforcement or formal mail services. This joke is also an established LIAR. Deception at it's worst. He costs his clients MORE money because they inevitably have to hire on his disgusting and equally unprofessional senior advisor —David “crusty” Cole located down the hall from him. Both are dirt bags. AVOID at all costs
Incompetent. Corrupt. Will resort to deception to try and win cases. Avoid
Jack is amazing. I was referred to his service by a volunteer veterans law group, not olny did he help my family in what would have been a federal case get resolved in my family's interest. I then retained his firm to represent me in an HOA issue as a new home owner and once again prevailed. I would not and will not ever look else where. Jacks firm is personable but is brutally honest and to the point and is clearly not a firm that is concerned about only "billable hours", but more concerned about the customers outcome...I would call it a gold standard as a business owner and veteran!
