I’ve never had to retain an attorney before but when the time came, I was told to give James a call and even though he was on vacation, he took the time to talk to me about my case and discuss the options I had and took my case and was very good about walking me through all the steps that were needed and was able to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Hopefully I won’t need his help again, but if I do, I will definitely ask for his help again!!

Mr Allen helped my wife and I navigate a very frustrating situation with a vendor and service provider. After he reviewed our contract with the company, and their lack of performance of said contract, he sent a legally encouraging letter to this window company and they immediately complied with our request and due to this letter and their horrible performance we save quite a bit of money. Mr. Allen took care of my Mother-in-law after being rear-ended in her very first accident at the age of 79! Throughout the process, James was available to answer her questions and concerns calmly and patiently. He stayed on top of the issue to get the best possible settlement from the insurance company.
