This was a horrible experience! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This is detailed so, short story .Don't use Mark Dinos ! Ask him how many wins he has ... That's your answer. My case was workman's comp over frozen shoulder & torn rotator cuff on the job. The company fought me a year before approving surgery. I was on aerospace contractor job from another state .. when you work out of state you know what per diem is. (Those that don't well, it's a huge reason to pick up your life and go to work in another state.) I had FRANK Cress he had my case to 50k as the company finally agreed they owe me per diem . Then out of the blue Mark Dinos calls says he's the new person & my case was now at 24k .. ?!!?! I had tried to call the office many times. Leaving voicemails with everyone in the office asking for someone else .. this guy clearly didn't care and was there only to get a paycheck for doing nothing ! I had looked at other attorneys but, with the case 3 years out, I would end with what this guy said anyway. I was prepared to go all the way 100% but, NOT with MARK DINOS .. I had told him that many times. Ask for another attorney in the office. He did a sketchy video chat with the judge ,I was put on mute, couldn't hear and the video dropped. Frank paid out of pocket $580 for a FCE . Frank said the other side has no clue and it came back not in my favor so, we would not want to use it .. Mark don't care he tells the judge & everyone there all about it .. he didn't use the DR notes saying it a lifetime injury. He misrepresented me !!!!! Extremely wrong do NOT trust MARK DINOS to get you what you deserve.

Do NOT believe what their site says about workman's comp !! Run far away from this place !!! 30K is the best they can do for frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff & a year out of work .(Aerospace)!!! I had an attorney Frank, I was dealing with him about a year. He was willing to fight. ( He had my case at 50k) Then for some reason he left .. no explanation just gone and I was handed the lowest guy in the firm .. he has misrepresented me by not using what the Dr had said .. ( it will never be the same ) ... had me do an over the phone video call and I was put on mute the entire conversation and even lost service for 1/2 of whatever was going on ... Extremely disappointed & livid !! I absolutely don't trust or believe this new guy has ever won a case nor can he !! I had called the office many times & even left voicemails with everyone in the place asking for a decent lawyer or someone else .. no replys !! This is a joke of an office. I'm an aerospace worker .. anyone in this industry knows a year off work is not 30k !!!! not to mention I have injury under my belt now .. no worries Mark Dinos let me know I will be on Medicare when I get my next surgery on it .. super livid & unhappy with this entire firm !

Really disappointed with this buffet so far they promised me to start file for court I've been presenting pictures doctor's records I'm still haven't got any treatment and it seems they want to push me to deform my body by walking on an arch foot it's like you try to run your car with a messed alignment... I'm getting pain on my ankle, knee, hip and still my claim denied and they switching me lawyers not even the lawyer I sign to represent my case... Hope they figure out my situation and get me the right treatment even if I don't have a social security seems like discrimination to me :( but hopefully I'm wrong and at the end I see a solution to continue with life without pain and drinking so much pain killers

I highly recommend Toby Mulholland and his team who helped me with an injury claim recently. I did not know what to expect when I started the process and Toby made sure I was educated on the process. He took the time to explain everything to me and was super patient with all my questions. He is very intelligent, responsive, kind, and gets the job done quickly.

Mr kress, was my lawyer in my workmen comp case. He had a up hill battle with my claim, but he never gave up. I would recommend him, if you need help through the process. Getting hurt on the job, is terrible. Even worse, is when insurance company's choose to deny your claim and fight you for years. You can't count on your employer to do the right thing, so you need someone, who will have your back. Mr. Kress is a decent human being, in a world where most only care about themselves, it's nice to know that there is still decent people out there. the whole process is frustrating, as someone who has gone through it from start to finish, I'm glad I had Mr.kress on my side, if I was asked, Is Mr.Kress a good and competent lawyer? I would absolutely say yes, without doubt.

Second time using this firm and both times I received top tier pay outs and would recommend there services.
