I will neva call them again they r the worst!!!!!!!

My information was taken by the Angela in their Memphis office... But as soon as I hung up I received a text message saying that they were not going to take my case. But I contacted the law firm and explicitly explained that I didn't want my personal information used since they didn't take my case.... I have proof of them selling my information to a law firm that was permanently closed.... With text messages from the law firm that called me. Come On God!!!!!! Let's Go!!!!!

This business was very unprofessional. I called the office of the lawyer, and they gave me a call appointment for two and a half weeks later. The lawyer forgot to call me on the appointment day, and I had to call him. He was on a speaker phone, which was hard to understand. He also was NOT courteous and empathetic. It took 5 min, and he finished without asking any questions. I DO NOT recommend this lawyer.

This business was very unprofessional. No matter how many times I called or went there I wasn't allowed to talk to Mr. Reeves himself. When it came to my court date there were things unfinished in my paper work. Mr. Reeves didn't find out until he was sitting in court with me. I would not recommend his services to anyone. I basically went in front of the Judge to present my own case. (Child support case.)

i would strongly recommend going with a way more attentive and qualified attorney.

Called several times and left messages with his secretary and not even the decency to return the call. Unacceptable!

Great attorney

Contacted Mr. Reeves through Hyatt Legal Plans. After initial contact, Mr. Reeves indicated he would be checking in with Hyatt to confirm coverage. Several days passed and I did not get a call. I reached out again to get a status. I have yet to receive a call back from Mr. Reeves. I wasted over a week waiting on a promised call. Clearly Mr. Reeves doesn't have enough professionalism to simply follow through on a promised follow up call even after a reminder....so I certainly would not trust him to handle my legal matter.

John is an excellent lawyer and seasoned professional who really fights for his clients....he is one of the few with the integrity and experience to deal with injuries and criminal matters, he's is good at just about every legal problem...domestic, major criminal, serious injuries....he's one of few that's able to do so much so well. You'd be hard pressed to find a better advocate. Just my 2 cents.
