Does not seem to have best interest in sucess village. We have a rise in issues from financials, how it’s ran, judge orders. Seems to work against us than with the community. It’s really disheartening our own lawyer doesn’t want to see us in a better position…

Mr. Epstein is an unreasonable, condescending, malicious, smug individual. I honestly think he enjoys seizing peoples assets.

This law office represents Success Village Apartments. The attorney is unethical, unprofessional, unresponsive and just janky. If you can, take your business else where.

Hire by the SVA(Success Village Apartments) By the Association President Mr. Tyrone Bird...Buyers as myself been waiting for a Closing Date for over 2 months as a "Cash" contract...all parties It’s being sent to the president of the board, is on the purchase agreement. Added everyone involved in the transaction so that we’re all on board. That's our Attorney Benjamin Proto. Update nothing has been DONE... Attorney Karen linguerig the process has been NOW going to 4 month's.
