Very poor services. I reached out to the front desk, explained everything and shared the urgency with them. They assured that the lawyer would reachout and asked me to not go to anyone else. And I kept on waiting on them, no response till day. Very very unreliable. Do not reachout to their office if it's a time sensitive matter.

i wouldn't recommend her. i reach out about hiring her she replied with "i cannot offer to assist you with your matter. I cannot see what meaningful help I could lend under these circumstances" an it was a basic WRONGFUL TERMINATION CASE. which is her thing. didn't wanna help other then giving me a 1 800 number

Had a good case but that went south.

Kathleen made things easy—she responded super fast to my first inquiry and referred me to a great lawyer who specializes in contracts for healthcare practices, she responded promptly to my second inquiry and we set up a brief phone call to discuss details, she called right on the dot for our set time, explained things well, and advised me regarding how to proceed in a way that gave me peace of mind. Both times I consulted her, she ended with, “I’ll be here if anything changes.” She’s very competent, professional, personable, relatable, and straightforward.

Well, I wish I read the ratings before I reached out because I experienced the same. She was rude, cut me off while I was speaking without even listening to the story. Funny how other lawyers are willing to help since they actually heard me but she actually told me to go & request a resolution for the issue myself…..That defeats the purpose of hiring an attorney. Too bad, I have a case & if you would’ve listened to me. Edit after your comment You probably don’t have any record because you were SOOO dismissive in helping me. It’s ok I was willing to pay a lawyer to help me (hence contacting you) I got one from legal aid instead who’s actually helping me.
