I regret choosing this law office for drafting up my will. The first problem is that we waited multiple weeks after paying our deposit for them to even schedule a meeting with us. The second and far more egregious problem is this law office's aggressive, pushy upselling of their financial planning services. It does not matter how many times I have told them verbally and over email that I am not interested in their financial planning services - these people refuse to take "no" for an answer. They tried going over my head and soliciting my husband instead. They called me multiple times with gross, icky sales tactics. No matter how many times I tell them to stop emailing me, they continue to do so. This has been going on since 2024. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR CONTACT INFORMATION.

Terribly inefficient, unprofessional, and barely above template forms you can purchase at Staples. I used Kidwell and Kent because of a "Legal Resources" benefit from my work. I needed what I thought was straightforward. A family trust, will, and POA. It began with a long financial intake form that was literally never used again. It was likely only used to try and get upsold for financial planning services. The process took ~1.5 years to complete. Required many follow-up emails by me. And when done, basic things like filling in the requests for advanced directives weren't actually filled in. They were blank and at signing we were told to fill them in on our own, which begs the question... what are we paying for? A PDF template? The signing had to be in person. The office was a barely a staffed, dusty, condo-coverted-to-office setup. The tables had crusty debris. Noone was even at the check-in desk for several minutes. And after the signing, it tool 3+ months to finalize paperwork. I had repeatedly asked how long it would take and was told 2-3 weeks. But it wasn't until 2 months after signing when I started email John Kidwell directly and any staff I had been contacted by that I got a very different story. Even if this is true, they were repeatedly late and needed reminders and requests from me. E.g. "No, I don't need an overnight FedEx of the paperwork, I just need you to send the paperwork sitting on your desk since last week that you said you would mail." This is a small shop office, inefficient, and staffed by people that I felt were not well-verse in basic legal matters. The only positive thing I will say is that John Kidwell himself did spend a good amount of his time explaining at the start and in final revisions. He seemed knowledgable and approachable. Everything in between?... Terrible.

I worked with Mr.Justin and he did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Justin and will be referring to Justin in the future. He is very helpful beyond the case and very polite. Being as though this was my first car accident and it wasn’t my fault I feel as though he handled it very well. If you are ever in a accident that’s not your fault I highly recommend fighting this case with Justin, he will make sure you get what you deserve. Very professional and responsive. Again I highly recommend Justin.

Contacted for two matters. Fact is, they couldn't even schedule an appointment properly. And when they went to reschedule, was pushed back by over a week for a timely matter. Staff also is disconnected on who is doing what. If you want a 9-5pm attorney, maybe they are good. If you want someone that is going to work for a living...maybe not so much
