Five is not enough stars to give Kurt. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients, hardworking and responsive. But beyond that, he's just a good guy -- amiable and easy to talk to. His office staff is top-notch also.

If I could give a negative star I would. Mr. Mausert did not show any compassion or human decency towards his client even though is should have been his duty!

I know Kurt Mausert both as an attorney and as a person. Kurt has helped me at times and did very well by me. Unfortunately we had a case that tore us apart that created some animosity. That being said we both could have done somethings different and have now come to agree to disagree like gentlemen. I have recently followed a very high profile and unpopular case which Kurt is representing the defendant. I have to say that the way Kurt is professionally, zealously and blindly representing his client is not only impressive but admirable especially in small town USA. Now I have learned that he, his family and his practice is being attacked because of this case which is completely unfair and inappropriate. The Constitution affords us all the right to a defense and be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of our peers in any matter no matter the severity amongst several other rights that are inalienable. We can not pick and chose which rights can and cannot be enjoyed by whom and when those rights can and cannot be enjoyed under a circumstance of our choosing. If the later was the case these would not be rights they would be privileges' and most likely enjoyed only by the elite up until they fell out of favor with their peers. God forbid any of us found ourselves in a position whether purposefully or accidently to have to exercise our rights to a defense we would all want our counsel to advocate for us as zealously as Kurt is for his client. Please stop harassing him, his family and defaming his business just for simply doing his job and doing it the best he can. As a business owner I would not want this to happen to me as I am sure you wouldn't want this to happen to you or someone you love. Lastly as a business owner I would want my employees to work as hard as the could to be the best at what they are and or can be, because this is how we become successful as individuals, organizations and as a society as a whole.
