My boyfriend got 2 felony DUI in the beginning of October. He found Mark online, he called many lawyers but Mark stood out to him the most with how genuinely concerned he was with his case, he could tell he actually cared about him. I am beyond grateful that I hired attorney Mark Denise. From the first consult phone call, to the communication afterwards, it has all been seamless. I will make this brief. I was in a legit jam, just got in trouble for a DUI , my BAC was high (under .2 though), and there were a few other complications. I spent some time on AVVO looking for attorneys, but Mark just stuck with me. After reading his background as a prosecutor, I decided to give him a call. I am glad I did. From the get go I felt good. Mark was understanding of the situation, and I just had that feeling this guy was the guy, call my crazy, but it was the first time in days since my incident that I felt good and was able to get outta my head. Anyone going through this will know the stress you're feeling. The process took a few months, but Mark handled it all. DMV HANDLED, Case HANDLED, best possible outcome HANDLED. He asked for something, I got it to him, because I knew whatever he wanted/needed would assist me in the long run. I had been through this process years prior from when I was much younger and, apparently, not much smarter. When I first found mark it was from all the 5 star reviews and at first I thought it was too good to be true. I was facing a DUI case back in 2019 and I wasn’t sure what to do. He assured me that I only put down a small payment and if the case goes to court I will pay the rest of his fees which were already affordable in comparison. To make a long story short my case ended up with a complete Acquittal and I don’t believe he even charged me his original fee of 600$. I was in disbelief of the good news and from there on out I knew he would be the only defense attorney I would use. This review is for my felony I received back in 2012. I had completed 3 years of probation as well as time served and community service (I took a plea bargain) for felony evading. When court finally came around back in 2021 Mark went up to bat for me as the prosecutor did not want to expunge my case. To make a long story short he got not only my felony reduced to a misdemeanor but also my record wiped clean!!! This man is a man of the people and anyone would be lucky to have them In their corner. At first I was scared because I known this was my third Dui and I was look at some jail time and would most likely losing my job. so I had to hire Mark again since he helped me out with my second Dui a few years ago with his hard work and proactive.
