The thought of making a will and an estate plan was so intimidating and overwhelming that we kept putting it off year after year. Called in May and spoke to Tyler. He said he would call me back and let me know how they wanted to proceed - he didn't call. Called 7/15 to ask if they could help. He never let me finish one sentence. Kept interupting me and then literally slammed the phone down on me - called back to ask him why and he yelled again. Made me cry.

I hired Erik Krueger for a civil replevin case in Waukesha regarding my pet cat. It was an extremely emotional process for me since my pets are my family and Erik was very supportive and sensitive to this. He took the time to understand all the aspects of my case and researched similar cases. At trial, it showed that he knows the laws and what information was important to focus on. The judge ruled in my favor and I was reunited with my fur baby! Erik is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Erik and would hire him again!

When I found myself getting divorced in 2018, I reached out to Mark for advice. I'd been married for 13 years and my husband and I were splitting amicably, but I wanted to make sure that I wasn't being naive about the seriousness of this transition. Getting married was an easy, joyful experience. Getting divorced is a complex business transaction that no one prepares you for. What I got from Mark was more than advice. It was an education. He walked me through our state laws and mapped out what my rights were and what that might look like with our specific financial details. He even explained what my representation options were, based on our desire to be amicable in our split. My husband and I were able to come to a mutual agreement, that supported us both and left no ill feelings about the process. Fast forward to a few months ago, Mark was able to council me once again, this time educating me about my partner's rights as a father in the family court system. After 8 years in court with his own lawyer, the information and advice Mark gave myself and my partner, provided an exhausted father the agency to settle his child support arrangements, once and for all. Ending the need for constant court dates that caused stress on himself and his children and kept costing both he and his ex-wife exuberant amounts of money spent on court fees. Knowlege is power and Mark is a gifted educator.
