Mark Smith is only about money and will not help a client if he doesn't get rich! This is diabolical.

I am afraid that no attorney can take on as a client every person that calls them asking for representation. Often a case will be out of an attorney's area of practice or the case presented has no legal merit to it. In those circumstamnces an ethical attorney has a legal duty to decline that representation. Mark Smith and his associates were recommended to us after Hurricane Ida. We had a great deal of damage from the storm and we were very overwhelmed with all of the damage. Mark and Christian helped us to navigate through the damage and all the red tape from the insurance company. We were able to settle everything and are happy with the results.
