Michael handled a case for me that ended up getting spread out over several years. He stayed on top of things, was exceedingly respectful and careful with billable hours, and always communicated in advance what he was going to need to do in advance. This case easily could have bankrupted me and it didn't solely because of his integrity and care. He ultimately shepherded this case to a very satisfactory finish. I am convinced that this situation would have turned out terribly had his name not been recommended to me.

I hired mr Pontone in 2018, and long story short I had to commence a Legal Malpractice claim against him , as he failed to protect my rights . He is not to be trusted , and is the sort of attorney who will take your money and so the absolute least amount of work . Will post screenshots of court # and documents (which are public anyway ) so you can judge for yourself whether this man is someone you wish to entrust with your life .

Michael took my call and gave me the most clear and useful consultation on a somewhat complicated case. I had spoken to a few other lawyers trying to determine who to use, and he left me feeling supported and confident. I was then able to resolve the issue with negotiation, which was in part due to his great advice. I can't recommend him highly enough.

In summary: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! While it’s rare to find a honest and exceptional attorney, Michael is proof that all heroes don’t wear capes! Michael was able to expedite my LT case process from start to completion in less than 48 hours! He provided consultancy, appearance, settlement resolution, and reference letter. Not to mention answering the various questions I had throughout the process. This case required representation at VERY short notice. In addition, Michael is extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist a colleague of mine (with free consultation) in an area of legal expertise that isn’t specific to his firm. Which pointed her in the right legal direction for remedy as well! Michael is an expert and excellent attorney to say the least. His fee is more than reasonable (relieving the affordability concern) fairly priced. From my perspective, as a client, this experience has been best in class for money in value!!!
