Mr Berkley represented me in a major loss fire claim against a corrupt contractor that did faulty defective work. The contractor made my home unsafe due to his negligent unlawful conduct. Mr Berkley throughout a lengthy stressful trial elaborated on all of the contractors defects, he was so detail oriented and actually found many injustices that the contractor had done that I did not know about. Such as the fact that may home may collapse due to faulty footings. During the trial Mr Berkley made it evident their was no footings as no pictures or pertaining paperwork showed any evidence of concrete installation or digging required to install the footings. I am so beyond grateful and happy that Mr Berkley represented my case. He returned every single call and text extremely promptly.
