I received my work permit through a family petition thanks to attorney Manuel Rivera. Years later, ICE contacted me to appear at one of their offices. A representative from the office spoke with an ICE officer at their office to explain the situation. They were able to resolve the issue, and I no longer have to appear with ICE. I would recommend attorney Manuel Rivera to anyone seeking legal representation.

What a huge disappointment. The lawyer didn't show up for the immigration interview. A week before my appointment, he called me to come to his office. There, he told me that if I wanted him to come with me, I would have to pay him an additional $3,000. The contract stipulated that he would attend the immigration appointment with me. He told me I was right, that the contract stated it, and that he would be there. What a shock that he never showed up for the appointment, nor did he answer any of my calls. This is a complete lack of professionalism. It's like having a license to steal from and take advantage of people who don't know how to take legal action against them.

Please do not take this lawyer, they are scammers, they never see your case, they close it without a mouse and without taking you to court, they do not want to work at all, he simply never took two of my family to court and always kept them deceived and suddenly when closing their court he told them that they had to sign voluntary deportation without even fighting the expensive nothing at all, do not pay here, it will be a waste of your money

I'm a bit disappointed. At the beginning, the interview and filling out the documents went very quickly. I paid them in full for their services, but on the day of the immigration interview, they didn't show up. My husband went to the interview with them beforehand, and on the day of the hearing, they left us alone. The immigration officer was very angry and told us they knew we couldn't be alone. Two years later, we called the office, and they always say the lawyer is working on a case and will return to the office in the afternoon, but then they don't answer. I'm a citizen applying for my husband's residency, and I'm very disappointed in them. Don't make full payments if they're not going to be there on their own. It's very unfortunate.
