Without boring everyone with details, my wife & I called Lawyer Neil Crane in a moment of serious panic with regards to a pending foreclosure on our beloved house. Within the first 3 minutes, it went from Defcon 5 to 0. He calmed me down and said let's proceed with a plan and understanding that everything is gonna be ok. Deep breath and a virtual embrace and we started the process. Mr. Crane's staff could not have been nicer or more empathic to our situation. Everybody involved treated me with respect and made us feel special. Like we were getting the "platinum" service that only special cases get.
