After paying Paul $2500 up front for a simple prenuptial agreement, he ignored me for a week and wouldn't send me the document until I showed up in person to his office. I asked for a refund as I did not want to retain his services anymore. He refused to furnish a refund and yelled at me using profanity and demanded that I get out of his office! Do Not Hire! Very unprofessional.

Mr.Sherman was not only inept, but unethical.

When my daughters' mother suddenly left town with my daughter, I hired Paul to represent me in filing for emergency child endangerment custody. Unfortunately, he failed to even mention she had left town in the document we filed. He also failed to inform me the judge might ask for my daughters' birth certificate. Then, during the hearing, he mentioned her mothers' mental health issues, only to realize he forgot to put that in the document as well! Needless to say the motion was denied.
