Communication was poor, follow-through was nonexistent, and the handling of the situation showed a complete disregard for responsibility. He demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, commitment, and competence. There was no clear communication, he took no responsibility whatsoever, and his handling of the case was irresponsible and unacceptable. I would not recommend him under any circumstances.
