The Nicholls Law Firm has been handling my father's (RIP) retirement asbestos claim for decades...once in a while we got a small check and Nicholls got their cut. We receive a Xmas Thank You with planning day timer/pen from them annually. This past holiday (Dec 2023) the packet included a card for driver's "what to do/not do in case of an accident" which was a fantastic resource...as well as a good on-the-road contact number etc in case of an accident. Wanting maybe a half dozen of these for my grown kids and family, I contacted the Nicholl';s office inquiring, as an existing client, if I could receive more (maybe half a dozen...minimal postage) of these cards and Nicholl's contact information. The women's intonation that answered the Main Office telephone, apathetic attitude, lack of interest in my reason for calling and...me begging for her to take my information for a possible Office response, was beyond unprofessional. It was like the Nicholl's office dragged some city/urban homeless woman off the street to be their up-front first face/voice of the Company. She abruptly hung up the phone and I figured, well, so much for future help from Nicholl's and disseminating their business solicitation and resource. Business and cash flow must be pretty good for them to slam the door in the face of existing clients and not be bothered with continuing a business relationship. The next Holiday packet that arrives will be sent back "Return to Sender" with a terse note re the dark place where they can file it.

This law office will help anyway possible to get you the answer you need. The office in Baltimore's accounting office is much appreciated. Thank you!

Called and spoke to a gal named Cathy today. Very unprofessional and rude behavior when making a simple inquiry. I have no idea what provoked such an unprofessional response from this gal. But if this is how this law firm behaves and treats simple call in inquiries (Stay Away). Very condescending and snide. No excuse for this behavior from anyone that is supposed to represent a professional law firm.
