THE LAW OFFICE IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. THERE ARE MULTIPLE STAIRS TO GO UP TO ENTER. Communication could have been better. It was NEVER verbally told to me that if my Disability case was won I would get a bill from them for obtaining my medical records. So needless to say when I received a bill for $400 plus dollars I was surprised, however I could save $50.00 if I gave them a 5 Star review. So with that being said how accurate is this rating... Most of the time when I called to speak with the paralegal in charge of my case she seemed annoyed, hurried, uninterested and unfriendly. Sometimes my questions or concerns were addressed and Sometimes I felt brushed off. The few interactions I had with Rick himself were fine. After almost 2 years my disability case was won. Looking back I wish I would have done more research and found a Disability office that would have been a better fit for me.

Rick and all the staff were so friendly and informative throughout the journey of disability and SSI. We always had questions and Rick and his firm always answered them. We were so happy to have picked the right firm to help us.
