Don’t waste your time!

Constantly trying to get a hold of these people it’s very hard I’m glad I can always get a different attorney this place is just a waste of time I’m all the way from Oklahoma been given the run around so far

Sherri Fuller has been the best help! She took her time (EVERY TIME) we spoke, explaining and walking me through everything. I am not tech savvy by any means! I’m now in good standing with my loans and on a good track to stay that way! Forever grateful

Refused to let me pay off my cochlear implant surgery bill with my tax money. Here's what I posted on the cochlear implant support group and the people agreed with me about how crazy this is and should've accepted the payment. I'm trying to get the remaining balance paid off from my cochlear implant surgery I had from 2012 and the Law Offices of Robert A. Schuerger in Columbus Ohio refused to let me pay the balance of even with my tax money I got from my work. I hate that lawyer. It had lot of bad rating on it. The osu hospital chose that lawyer.

If you are seeking competent legal counsel, I would greatly advise continuing your search elsewhere. The people who work for this office lack compassion, as well as basic human decency. They are completely inconsiderate of their clients’ time, money, and energy. Do not expect any sort of resolution for your case through this office, because they do not care.

and they know that they didn't supposed to get that money so why they couldn't send it backthe IRS said they did not get it and it's been since February maybe March but this is the worstest law firm and they just snatched my moneyWhy did these people take my money and told me they were going to send it back to the IRS

This law firm is a FRAUD and they scammed me , they told me the repayment plan that I set up with them was to pay for my school student loans, and they took the money out and when I called the department of education they said they did not recieved any payments and that there was no repayment program signed up. Yeah need my money back asap.They kept my money for themselves. SCAM!!

Mr.Brown yells and over talks you when your trying to asked questions about your money. Kim is extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked Kim would she please explain to me what loans were consolidated? Her Reply to me was," YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE ME MAD." The US Board of Education stated they didn't see were I had borrowed any money. THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible place! Don’t trust these guys they try to act like they want to help but lie. I had school debt and he told me not to go to the school because it’s “bad business” but I did anyway and they took a much better settlement than what he offered. Overall this is a fishy company would give negative starts if I could,

My student loan was in default. I am fully responsible. This firm was handling my delinquent account. After contacting the firm, Mr. Cale Brown was very responsive and accommodating.
