I know someone that’s has been trying to get in touch with this divorce law firm for over two weeks now, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. No one ever answers the phone — every time I call, I’m met with silence or voicemail. When I finally leave my information, instead of a proper call back, I receive vague and unprofessional text messages. These texts don’t even include the sender’s name or the firm’s name — just random messages asking for more information. I finally managed to get an appointment scheduled, but they didn’t follow through. It ended up being a complete no-show. No call. No email. Nothing. I had to follow up myself just to find out what happened, and still didn’t receive a clear answer or any real support. When someone is going through a divorce, they need guidance, compassion, and professionalism. This firm has provided none of that. You reach out hoping to find someone who’s on your side, and instead you get ignored, brushed off, and left in the dark. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone needing serious legal help. They are unreliable and completely unprofessional.
