Robert Edens represented me in an uninsured motorist case. I was involved in a hit and run which caused a birth defect to become symptomatic to the point of needing brain surgery. I did not think I would receive anything from the insurance company but thanks to the hard work of Robert I received the full amount allotted to me by my policy. He got it for me in a timely manner and worked tirelessly with my health insurance company to settle on a fair amount owed to them. I ended up receiving twice the amount I expected because of his hard work. He kept in contact through the whole process to let me know what to expect and where we were at in my case. Anytime I would feel despondent he would spend any amount of time on the phone or in person with me to help me feel more hopeful. He also truly cared how my care was and how I was feeling. Robert eden took my case last March 2017 I was hit by a uninsured driver my insurance refused payment saying I did not have uninsured motorist protection when they told I had this protection when I signed on with them it was a tough case were nobody wanted to accept responsibility Robert got a settlement done it wasn’t what I deserved but he got it settled where both insurance companies refused to pay a dime typical because of what he accomplished I give him a 5 star rating I knew he was the man for the job from the beginning I had total confidence in his ability he did not let me down highly recomended!
