I called the office of Attorney Roger P. Foley, P.A., and even though it was my first time reaching out, I was able to speak directly with Mr. Foley. He took the time to patiently listen to me and then advised me in the right direction. Unfortunately, because my case was from two years ago, there was nothing he could do to help, but I honestly wish I had known about him from the beginning. This is the first time an attorney has ever listened to my case over the phone and given me a straight, honest answer without asking for any type of fee. I never imagined that reaching out to an attorney could be so straightforward and genuine. At first due to his false advertisement of Black Lives Matter, we used his services but he is not for black people. In fact run the other way black people and get a fair, good lawyer. He uses our circumstances to get our money, assist the system in putting us away and traumatize us in the guise of Christian beliefs.

Mr. Foley is very direct and knowledgeable about criminal cases. He tells you exactly what to expect and does not pull any punches with you. I spoke to Mr. Foley this morning Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and to my surprise this man read the law relevant to my inquiries– §843.01 "resisting arrest with violence". He explained it to me in the law and his understanding of my concerns as well as to acknowledge where he can improve his knowledge because he is "all about learning". I was shocked and nervous all at the same time Listening and talking with him. He was really interested in listening to me. I have never met a human lawyer. He has a real person. If I had him in1989 when I was arrested, beaten, and convicted for resisting arrest with violence on police, I would not have to worry about that conviction 34 years later. Anybody who is thinking about getting Mr. Foley should really call him and allow him to help you. He listens, and he will Do all that he can to ensure your rights are protected. Roger was an absolute pleasure to hire! Unfortunately I got myself tied up in some trouble and needed his services. Mr. Foley does not just fight on your behalf, he becomes impassioned in getting you the best result possible. Criminal charge are difficult and become complicated period, however the case the state presented against me seemed pretty solid. Roger never ever talked down to me, through everything, he was a straight shooter even when the outlook seemed a bit bleak. He made sure I was aware and understood everything that was happening. Cuffs on, my future was on the line--my ability to provide for my family, my freedom; were in question. Roger refused to take "no" for an answer, from anybody. On a motion to dismiss evidence Mr. Foley grabbed on to a bit of evidence like a pappa bear protecting his cub and he saw that hole in the state's case and devoured the state and low and behold "We live to fight another day.". In the bitter jaded cold of the courtroom, he will fight for you when you are absolutely powerless. Roger's heart is GODSIZED. All charges dismissed. No arraignment.
