I want to thank Mr Foley so much for his level of care and professionalism. We had a very difficult case and he worked with me for hours teaching me what we needed to know and gather. He took the time to teach me how to use Dropbox and sort through our information. He worked very hard to get us the best deal we could get and I am very pleased. Back in March my husband faced a self defense situation in which he discharged his firearm. The cops were called that night and he was not arrested as the cops agreed it was in self defense. About a month later he was served with a summons to appear in court as the state was charging him with a misdemeanor. We have concealed carry insurance and upon calling them we were told we qualified for benefits. They assigned us a lawyer and it was Mr. Foley. Mr. Foley was nothing short of amazing for my husband. He listened to our situation with compassion and empathy. He was always extremely responsive especially when I had questions on the weekend he was always quick to answer. My husband could have faced time in jail however Mr. Foley worked with the prosecution to get them to accept a DPA. My husband completed all that was required and in the end, the prosecution took issue with the method we obtained a mental health evaluation. Mr. Foley was quick to run this up the chain and get them to accept what we had done, ultimately dismissing the case for my husband. I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Foley as a person, and a professional. Thank you for being there for us when things seemed bleak.
