CASE WAS DISMISSED! 🙏 In July 2025, I went to jail for two assault charges involving family members during a very difficult period in my life with alcohol. With a prior DUI, the prosecutor initially refused to dismiss the case. Mr. Deck went above and beyond, escalating the matter and fighting for my dismissal I truly believed my future was at risk at only 19. Now as of January 2026 the case is closed and dismissed! Most importantly, Ryan and his staff show up when needed, and do the work that needs to be done. I think communication and expectation setting could use a little tweaking but overall I got the outcome I wanted. I would always recommend, with a caveat or two.
