Poor Client Treatment. My husband contacted Mr Schroeder about a personal injury claim. He suggested my husband speak with a QRC but my husband had already made so many calls and appointments he thought he didn’t need one. Next time my husband contacted him he told him it was not going to work out because he didn’t get ahold of the QRC. If he had told my husband it was mandatory or he wouldn’t take the case, then my husband would have followed through but he didn’t NOT communicate clearly for being an attorney that specializes in communication. Very poor customer care. Be clear and over communicate to your clients, don’t expect them to know your rules unless you tell them explicitly.
