I have used and referred this firm on more than 5 occasions over the years. I've never given a review eventhough over felt strongly that they're the lowest hanging fruit on the tree of at torneys. I had an accident in May of 2022 and used them for the last time!!!! I come out of this one with a new diagnosis of TMJ. These people paid medical providers, in my opinion, more than what they were worth. This firm failed to make sur my dental needs were met costing me an out of pocket for Botox, the only relief I got for almost a year. The Dr's they ser me to door treatment all were made aware from the onset ar could visibly see my jaws locked up at appointment times. Throughout treatment I would remind this firm, both Rafael and Scott about this new diagnosis. They failed to negotiate m bills and protect my well-being with these providers that only this firm communicated with in my best interest, supposedly- Seems they only work well if it's easy and all cases mirror eac other. If there's a challenge, well, I lose. I gave to face let Rafa know I will never be back or ever refer anyone else to them. This complaint is 5 months late. My car closed on October 2023. I really didn't want to do this but I truly believe I was duped. I'm 2024 no more nice lady is Grace
