I hired Stephen Brown to represent me last year for some driving convictions. He was quick to respond to me and was very understanding and helpful. He pulled off a miracle and somehow I ended with no fines, charges or jail time which was a miracle. I’m still using him to help me get my license back which has been quite a struggle but he has been great. Had the worst experience ever. First time I ever “needed a lawyer” and I say the lightly cuz turns out I didn’t. But this guy made a big deal about me facing habitual status in the state of NH from a driving record dating back to 2016. Called him for advise and asked what the options were or what he could do to help. Didn’t get much transparency (which should have been my first red flag) but all he kept saying was, “there is multiple roads we can go down” He knew I was scheduled to relocate to FL from NH and this situation was causing a barrier on that. Was told he will attempt getting some charges annulled from my record. Required $2,500 upfront just to look at my record. Then another $2,500 to show up to 1 hearing and request a continuance for me. He ended up doing absolutely nothing. But get me a 90 day continuance, and advised me that it would buy me time to drive my belongings to Florida and get situated and “hope to get a Florida drivers license and pray NH doesn’t notify Florida of my habitual offender status.. Well that didn’t work for me, my next hearing date arrived and worked out another continuance for myself and start researching what was needed and how to submit a request for annulment. So I found the 3 or 4 driving infractions dating back to 2016-2018 and submitted annulment requests for each charge to their respective courts. 60 days later and annulments were fulfilled and approved by judges. And my habitual offender status was vacated completely. And didn’t face losing my license for atleast a year. My personal experience was horrible with this firm and would very admittedly not recommend if your issues involve traffic law. And could have saved myself $5,000 Gave him 1 years to make this incident right and nothing has come of it. So unfortunately it is now time to share my very poor experience.

Attorney Stephen C. Brown delivers results! A real stand up guy. I was facing a felony and the state really wanted to take me for ride straight to prison. Atty. Brown managed to reduce the charge into a suspended sentence. His office staff are professional and very tentative to your matters. The worst lawyers in the business they start of telling you a small number get you in the office under guarantees and promises to take advantage and raise the price on you by $3,000- $4,000. And she never put any work and basically took my exs word for everything and what she wanted and did absolutely nothing in return for me and everything I said it was attitude and rudeness very unprofessional and straight up no good. Plus my lawyer at the time couldn't stop herself from telling me all the time how she spends the money and how she lives this great life style for her and her's despicable behavior from this agency! Not worth the time or effort if your looking here for a lawyer keep searching cause this ain't it!

My case has not ended; the state of New Hampshire has not replied to a motion that I have filed with Rochester District Court to all ALL restrictions removed from me. I filed this motion on December 27, 2024. The civil restraining order placed against me has been automatically been rescinded, the plaintiff (Suzanne Carter) has not filed a continuation for the original restraining order against me. Civil restraining orders are automatically rescinded after 12 months. Stephen Brown my lawyer is not aware of civil restraining order processes? I never did receive a notice in the mail about my case ( all charges dropped, case dismissed). Stephan Brown informed me via telephone call December 17, 2024; I would receive a copy in the mail of the courts decision. I went to the courthouse and requested a copy of the decision/verdict myself. As far as the annulment process, I will file a motion on this matter myself. I can no longer wait for your Law Office to act in expedient manner. I neither can afford the costs involved with your Law Office; along with all the other fees required by the State of New Hampshire to have this record removed and be permanently annulled. I'm extremely frustrated/disgusted about how long this process takes. I was informed in October 2024, that my case was being dismissed, and here it is January 2025, still awaiting on the courts decision on motions to have my property (firearms) relinquished to me from the Farmington Police Department. It seems that I was not informed or information was being withheld from me about how long this process would take. From the first meeting with Stephen Brown in Spring of 2024.

Attorney Brown has helped me with 2 different cases now and I was very impressed by his work both times. The first case involved a driving infraction and the second case was in regards to a law suit from when I was bitten by a dog while at work.
