Susan is the best attorney that I was pleased to working with. Not only great communication and knowledgeable, she also offers the best prices and smooth process that you cannot find anywhere else in Houston areas. I paid more than $2600 just for just JP court with other law firm. She helped me for county court (including filed motion for funds deposited) at an affordable price which I wished to know her earlier. As a landlord, losing a lot of money on non-paid rents is worse.
