DO NOT USE T. MICHAEL TODD OR HIS PARALEGAL EVA GERMAIN TO HANDLE YOUR CASE!!! He was negligent in handling a hit and run accident I was involved in by making no attempt to obtain the camera footage or hire a special investigator. Both were unprofessional, rude, lazy, and incompetent. Eva Germain refused to process paperwork pertaining to my case suggesting I or Todd do it. To interact with both was quite simply a NIGHTMARE! B/c of his negligence, my case was denied by my ins. co. & I am now seeking other means for settlement. With their negative, unwilling, unprofessional attitudes they should leave the business. I would not recommend T. Michael Todd's services to anyone based on my experience with him and his paralegal.

I am greatful for this Law Firm. In the past Michael Todd has won Traffic cases on my behalf and had a case thrown out. I was allowed to work with out having to be in court. He handled everything and put me at ease. Recently I ended a 5 year battle with my Ex-Wife over our daughter whom my Ex abused, abandoned, and miseducated. With the help of Attorney Robyn Hicks - Guinn I was triumphant in getting full custody of my daughter. Attorney Guinn's diligence, attention to detail, outside of the box thinking, charm, and overall knowledge of Family Law were key to the resolution of our case. I would recommend this Law Firm to everyone I know because of the care they take to resolve your legal issues and their wide range of knowledge in various fields of Law.

Never got to meet him, he had his paralegal handle my case. I didn't even know what he looked liked until it was time to settle .
