They work hard for you and had a favorable outcome for us. Communication with them needs improving. Been waiting for our payout since end of October 2025. A follow up with them in September and was told that someone messed up the paperwork and had to resubmit to the other party. (I was told this on a phone conversation) November rolls around and received a phonecall asking to have an inspector come and take a look at our house the day after Thanksgiving prior to the insurance paying out. It sounded weird since we settled, signed the final paperwork but agreed. Nov 28 comes and goes with nothing. Called to see what's going on after the Thanksgiving holiday and just confusion all around. I was told they're still waiting for courier to send the check. December 8 comes and the final payment was received by them and sent via USPS. Dec 10 still read as pre-shipment from USPS and Dec 12 was another request to have courier to resubmit payment due to lost in transit. I had to keep poking to get them to keep the fire going and appreciate the weekend lookout for the check. It is December 15, 2025 and still no payment. I should also like to point out that I wanted to get this finished prior to the holidays to try and avoid a situation like a lost check. It would have been logical to implement special shipment rules for the time of holidays; Maybe ask if it was ok to pay extra for a smaller, private mail courier vs traditional USPS mail. Sept 17 - Paperwork signed, notarized and sent. We were told carrier may take up to 20 days to send the money. Oct 23 - Followed up because it has been more than 20 days. Nov 25 - Signed payment statement for distribution Dec 8 - Mailed payout. Dec 16 - Received text from CEO to discuss low review. UPDATE: The Owner reached out to me and had a stressed discussion to determine why the low review. According to their records, the only issue written is the settlement payment being lost in the mail. I clarified with him that the phone communication with support staff painted a different picture on what was told to me on the phone vs what was written to us. I have updated this review to reflect more details and to put a more specific timeline. This review is still a high level breakdown and am not furnishing all details to keep this from running into book length. The initial two star rating on this is for the inadequacy of follow up when the client is waiting for payout and no reprocussions is given to the courier when they don't follow expected timeline. The owner is passionate about his company and I appreciate the follow up of this review. It is rare for a business to actually care about a review and shows they want to improve and give a good experience to every Client they help. Our conversation was very constructive even after I had to calm him down because of his passion being heard through the call. Because of the conversation and the effort in asking why the initial low review, I have raised the rating to three stars for the simple fact that "He gives a flip about his company and how it helps his Clients". I will still recommend this business, but keep your written records to have in case you get into as many tangles I have experienced.

A long but successful process (2 years). Crystal Kantzas our lawyer was amazing. There was a little bit of staff turnover and as a consequence some miscommunication initially. The service in general was very good. I definitely recommend it.

Great team very professional

Why is there a way to give a minus one thousand stars? There's simply no way to describe the ineptitude of this company and its abysmal service. It was three torturous years where you think you're well represented, only to be assigned a lawyer who knows more about law than the town butcher. It's unbelievable that a lawyer sits in meetings waiting to hear what the defendant will say before she can even begin to assess their case. It's equally unbelievable that you're left scrambling to find the antennas to help your clueless lawyer. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm sure you can't take an exam without having studied. This is definitely the worst experience you can have with legal representation and inept service. You can never find anyone to talk to personally because they've been remodeling their office for three years. It's incredible how they keep getting worse, but always worse. They're always saying they don't know, that you have to talk to the adjuster. The adjuster tells you it's the lawyer. In the end, if your life needs a good dose of bad luck, go ahead, this is the company for your case. Otherwise, you're better off doing the... You should handle things yourself instead of having them represent you. I should add that although the case was closed in my favor, I wasn't entirely satisfied, because, as I said before, I'm not a lawyer and I can't know if one case is more complicated than another. This is just how the whole process felt from my perspective, and the answer isn't that at least something was recovered, because time can't be recovered, and time is money.
