Hired him and he filed a motion we never talked about then complained and took himself off the case. Not sure exactly what his problem was. But took my $1500 and had the audacity to ask for more after he took himself off for one motion filing.

You're money is better spent anywhere else I was not impressed by his associate attorney who quit working for Mr Lindsey after my interactions with him comes as no surprise. Smart move Chandler. His lack of care and interest when taking over the case was evident from the start, what should have been a very simple case turned into a headache with his law firm. My time was wasted with several court appearance and resets and my money definitely not earned representing my case neither of which ever presented the evidence available to the court to show cause for dismissal. Anyone want to bet he has something smartassed slightly rude and arrogant to reply about an honest review of him and his law firm.
