First and foremost it is the decision of the attorneys to decline or offer representation, this was not my issue with this unprofessional firm. I left a message September 26, 2021, I received a call from Attorney Taylor on September 27, 2021. Attorney Taylor asked questions, and I shared my legal issue (Legal malpractice) . Attorney Taylor ask me to send her the Magistrate documents, I did, but before sending , I ask attorneys Taylor to email, call, texts when she received my documents, bc I knew my case is time sensitive, and once she receives the doc, she will see my case is time sensitive. . I didn't hear from this lady until Monday evening , the 30th, and that's bc I emailed her to see if she received my documents, later that evening attorneys Taylor sent me a generic email declining representation, attorneys Taylor had no problem in NOT showing me common courtesy in responding in a timely manner knowing my case is the sensitive. This firm is not as Advertised. Fyi The Linley jones Firm , PC whatever your response is , if any, , I hope its honest.
