I hired him for the purpose of getting my ex wife in court to answer as to why she is not following the court ordered visitation schedule the court had awarded me. After more than 2 years and at least 6-7 visits to court, he never produced any results. Ex wife never showed up in court and he did not have the knowledge to know what to do about it. I spoke to other attorneys that told me exactly how to make it happen but Mr Lipsey was totally ineffective at making any kind of progress. Furthermore, many months would go by with no updates, phone calls or info from him about what was happening and no sense of urgency about my case at all. As of now I have not seen or spoken to my two kids in two and half years because I made the mistake of hiring this young inexperienced person to represent my case in family law. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else to represent you in court. This guy is a loser.
