Paul Marasco represented me in a personal injury case. I wasted my time interviewing a couple of other lawyers. I recommend you do not. Mr. Marasco IS the best!!! My case was tricky due to lapse of time of onset of pain from injury, due to other (non-related) medical/health issue. His expertise is continuously evident. For instance, Mr. Marasco effectively discredited, an otherwise devastating (to my case), medical review by opposing insurance company's medical specialist. Mr. Marasco noted significant, pertinent omissions and discrepancies, in specialist's evaluation report that resulted in report losing its' weight by opposing counsel (he caught and destroyed the snake in the grass!). He also calmly discredited a witness's testimony. Mr. Marasco exudes unwavering calm, confidence and competence. This was observed in all communication between he and I, interaction with opposing counsel (those observed by me) and witnesses. It was very easy to relax and put all my trust in him. It was evident that Mr. Marasco was known and respected by opposing counsel and mediator. He obtained almost four times what insurance company offered! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Marasco.
