I paid 5k for a divorce 6 years ago with no kids in the mix of it, and the courts dismissed it because he didn't want to do his job. I do not recommend him at all Reply: you know exactly who I am, in November 2018 the judge dropped my divorce case because you didn't want to do what the judge told you to do for my divorce case to be done, instead you wanted to go on your biker trip. And I now have all the documents to prove that now

Would never recommend him he was my friends attorney and wouldn't speak up or really do much of anything worst divorce lawyer I have ever met

Absolutely pleased with the service Mark provided, even though there were bumps during the process, I have never lost confidence in his ability to get the job done, while being extremely responsive and affordable to boot! Truly grateful, hopefully I won't be needing him anytime in the near future but he can consider me a life-long client

If you're looking for an attorney to represent you, keep looking. Do not recommend.

I have used Mark Bamberger in the past to review our business contracts, as well as act as council during contract negotiations. Mark is clear, honest and fair. Compassion is not usually a term I'd assign to an attorney, but Mark definitely is. I would recommend Mark for bankruptcies, civil disputes, family and criminal law as well as general business organization and contract review. ***Update 1/29/2018 Mark was able to recover monies from a seriously delinquent client. Further supporting my 5 star rating.
