I had a horrible experience with this law firm. When I got into an accident in 2022, the person assigned to my case was Vanessa, and she was horribly inattentive. She never properly communicated any information to me regarding my case. I ended up having to call the other party's insurance myself because she did nothing. I would consistently ask her to send me specific information and answers to my questions, but she never did. When I found out who I was assigned to, the person who informed me mentioned that Vanessa was new and a rookie, and they seemed disappointed for me. If someone is in training, they should not be assigned cases with minimal oversight; they should only be assisting with cases. The only time I felt assist was when Vanessa was out of town and one of the her supervisors were assisting me. Another problem I had was with the physical therapy center they assigned me. They were extremely unprofessional and did not teach me practical ways to strength my body, to fight my injury. I requested a list of other clinic options since this one was not meeting my needs, but Vanessa would never send them. I am unfortunately still in extreme pain today; even after I insisted that I needed more medical attention, the doctor moved to release me. The entire ordeal was very unprofessional and disheartening. I would not recommend this law firm. It seems they do not have the heart for people going through difficult situations like mine. Please consider this review when choosing a representative for your case. There is likely another firm that will better represent you and your needs.

They are very professional... Claudia is the best!!!. She keeps in contact always during the whole process, and she's bilingual (priceless)... Highly recommend!!!

It takes years to complete a case, and they keep 60% of the insurance company's check. I don't recommend it.

Anyone who has been in a car accident, I recommend this law firm. They are very kind and helpful. You should talk to Teresita; she wins any case that is rejected by other lawyers. They treated me well and won my case after a car accident that was rejected by another lawyer.
