You could search all of Jefferson County and not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, a dedicated, professional, and compassionate attorney. Additionally, his staff are superior as well. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have him represent me in some elder law issues and prepare some legal documents that protected me as I struggled to care for my dying husband. Thomas Mayo treated me like family. I have NEVER dealt with a more caring attorney--he really is committed to taking care of his clients. I highly recommend Thomas Mayo and his staff! I called to see if they handled the type of case that I need a lawyer for and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude for no reason. I have never had to deal with a lawyer before and I got an answer of “that’s not our law firm” and was immediately hung up on. Unprofessional.

About 2 weeks ago I called this office to get some advice.. Whoever answered proceeded to laugh at the question I ask and said she would call me back.. ..So far nothing.. I thought they were an Elder Law firm.. Need some help ..It is not a laughing matter when it is ..either food or your meds...........
