The McCammon Group

My lawyer and I used Hon. Joanne Alper. She was all about the law and made it clear to us. We worked with her from 10-6 in order to resolve our issues. My attorney advised me the back and forth would cost a fortune and would be the most affordable route based on what we were dealing with. I felt she was fair to both of us. Sure everyone wants the upper hand, but she is about fair, equitable, and legal. Best decision!

God, DO NOT USE THE MCCAMMON GROUP FOR ANY MEDIATION!! Retired Judge Joan Zeldon is unbelievable. She is unprepared, doesn't read documents submitted weeks earlier, makes flip decisions and pronouncements then reverses herself 15 minutes later. She is a wild card and can morph into a hostile bully. Worse, she doesn't know the law! She doesn't understand that federal constitutional law specifically applies to all courts of the land including lower courts! Run away from this group as fast as you can. I would give negative 10 stars if that were an option, but the lowest possible is 1 star. Postnote: the judge also tried to explain a month+ delay by blaming it on others for not getting docs to her even though docs had been propertly & timely submitted.
