All of these bad are exactly correct. After a divorce it has taken me and my wife sometime to come to a better time split of custody of our children. But now that we have been able to come to an agreement and my attorney has Rewritten the paperwork several times. This man once again has just popped off the map the last time he never communicated back with her or my attorney for over a month which led my attorney to push it through the system before he ever responded. At this point my attorney has the final paperwork drafted but he has not even notified her to any of the drafts I have emailed her all of them as they we're drawn up and made the changes to suit her. At this point all the man has to do is answer an email or text saying everything looks good and we can handle the rest period but after many emails and calls from my attorney and my ex-wife also nothing has been heard. I've known many attorneys used several attorneys and in my opinion this is the sorriest excuse for an attorney especially if he's going to be in the family court where it involves parents and children's lives.

Could not recommend the services of the McMillian Law Firm enough. Jay made the whole process smooth and painless, while breaking everything down into terms that made sense. Everything was done in a timely manner from their end. Felt totally prepared for the court hearing. Highly recommend!

After months of getting the run around, I finally figured i was getting scammed. DO NOT pay this man a dime. You have 10x better odds at the blackjack table than with this so-called attorney. These other reviews are not real, and you will lose everything. I lost my case and regret ever meeting with Jay.
