Dear Reader and Potential new client, <br>It's important for all of the facts and circumstances be considered when looking at this review and determining whether to credit it or disregard it. Here are some important facts.<br><br>1. We do not have an active or client in the last 3 years with the name of Lee M. And we suspect this to be a competitor or a prosecutor, police officer or complaining witness who takes exception with the fact that we are the very best at what we do. And that tracks with the fact that we have no client currently or in the recent past with that name. Further, and perhaps the biggest clue is that the person has 0 reviews and 0 photos and when you click on the link with the name there is no information. Unfortunately, Google is very lax in its verification procedures and it is shockingly easy for people to set up accounts to make fake negative reviews. 3 clicks. Sad but true and you get to be anonymous. Further evidence that is not a client of this firm is that there are zero names, zero concrete claims or allegations and nothing at all that can be verified. Not even this person's attorney's name, when they tried to call, email or text with any particularity. So please consider that extremely. Finally, look at all of our hundreds of positive reviews. The old adage applies. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. We have the highest number of reviews and the highest rating of any criminal defense only law firm in the area. And that is earned. This, we suggest, is a disgruntled competitor or a prosecutor, police officer or complaining witness who takes exception with the fact that we are the very best at what we do. We fight and some folks just don't like that.<br><br>2. We go the extra 100 miles, not merely the extra mile, in communication with clients. We invest in technology including call tracking whereby we can use meta data to track who is calling us and to verify they get a call back. Our owner runs a report every day to make sure all calls are returned. We do the same with emails. We have expanded into text capabilities as well. We will talk your ears about your case.<br><br>3. Fees. Yes, we are a business. We do charge a fair fee for the game changer nature of our representation. We limit our attorneys' case load to make sure they can always provide individual attention. We are very very unusual in the area. We offer reasonable time payments with no credit check and 0% APR. We do this based upon a person's word to us alone. We get burned a lot. Shockingly so. Sadly. But we do this job to help people. We come to defend folks when the entire government and often their own family and friends turn their backs to them. We defend people. We offer and hand up and a good fight for them. We help people. Yes, there is a fee, but it is always disclosed. You know exactly what you are getting into when you get into it because it's a flat fee. Not by the hour. No nickel and diming. No surprises. We work with any budget. We simply expect that people pay what they agreed to. No surprises.<br><br>We are sorry you have to read this negative review, but on balance we are happy that it provides a way to show you that we fight hard and ethically (which is why we suspect this review came from) and that we have invested a lot of money in technology to ensure there is real communication and that we work with people to make the worst moments of their lives manageable by not letting money be the barrier to getting the best.<br><br>We communicate. Heck we even replied to this fake review in detail, right?<br><br>In all regards, we wish this reviewer peace in their lives and to our actual clients we pledge and actually deliver fierce representation and perfect communication at a reasonable and affordable fee.

Dear reader of this review, <br>You should consider this review versus the hundreds of other reviews about our firm and services. And if what he wrote was even remotely true, then his one-star review would be earned. But it is not. <br><br>Here is the simple truth. He signed a contract for services to be rendered. He signed as all of our clients do in 23 places. He was given a copy of it for his records. The contract is very clear what is owed and when. Rather than making him pay in full like every other law firm makes folks do these days, we allowed him with no credit check or collateral to make time payments with a 0% interest rate. <br><br>We did the work. How did we get rewarded? He stopped paying. <br><br>He no calls, no pays. We called. We emailed. We texted. As with everyone, when times get tough we work it out with people every single time. We bend over for people who actually contact us and work with us. But if you refuse to call, refuse to contact us and just try to walk away, then we have to do something. What are we supposed to do? We have employees to pay and bills ourselves. When you don't talk to us and try to get over on us, we are left with no other option. You go to collections. <br><br>We now as you read we tell the truth and stand up against a want to internet bully who tries to get over on a small family business by leaving a totally fabricated review. So, yes, we are going to stand up against it and do so unapologetically and strongly. We now stand up against someone who was trying to get over on us when we clearly did the work. If we don't stand up for ourselves and enforce contracts and someone's word, then how can you possibly think that we could stand up against the government when they try to get over on a person accused of a crime or stand up when the government looks to break a deal that they made or when the government otherwise goes against their word? You can't.<br><br>That's the truth.<br><br><<<UPDATE to his update: How can someone go into collections if they paid in full? You can't put someone into collections who doesn't owe money. So his own admission to his own narrative disproves his claims. We stand by our statement of the facts.>>>
