I was very disappointed with Atty. Carl Goldfield's lack of proactiveness handling my late husband's probate case. Atty. Goldfield was pleasant and responsive, but I felt I was in the dark until I requested an update. At almost every juncture I needed to ask him what happened and what was the next step. I knew probate is a process and takes time, but I truly was the one that had to push this case to resolution 18 months later! I don't like leaving negative reviews, but want to save someone else the painful and stressful experience during a very difficult time as it is.
