Our Guy did outstanding work for us, he took us out on a day to the beach, because he knew how much stress we were under at the time. We really enjoyed our excursion to Jacksonville, and to the Botanical Center in Vero Beach. We stopped by the upside down house in Orlando, which was a lot of fun. He topped off our trip with a half round of golf, then to Epcot Center. Then we got on our repositioning one way ship cruise to Victoria Canada. Our guy gave us some of the best coffee, cookies, and his staff met us with a smile. We are very pleased with the service and transactional relationship we have with Our Guy. Mike Hostilo also helped out the new Sheriff with some troubles.

My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the service we recieved from this law firm, multiple lawyers and paralegals were involved in out case and none of them ever contacted us now or from the start. Here it is two plus years and this case is still not settled and always sone excuse and when we called I feel like all we got was lip service from everyone involved. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who really needs a good lawyer to represent them in a MVA where you are not at fault I really feel like no one really fought for us at all and still are not.

I had car accident where on 95 in ga. A 18 wheeler dropped it's drivetrain in the road which I hit at 65 mph I called hostillo. It took 3 years they changed my lawyer 3 times without my knowledge and then lost all my injury photos and medical records which I had to obtain myself. In the end they tried to double charge me for records search which I did myself and instead of the 300000 dollar settlement I expected I only received 64000 which barely covered my vehicle and paying back people that helped me for the years it took. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. 🤬

Michelle was my intake coordinator and she was phenomenal. She was very caring and concerned for my welfare after I was slammed by a huge truck. She took all of my information and explained what will happen next. It’s very upsetting after an experience like this and so far I am extremely happy with the service it’s happening like minutes after the accident.

I received very little guidance in getting help with my injuries. I was left to my own. I went through more than 3 case managers in a year's time. Sending me to places to get treatment that did more harm than good. They don't mention that after they get their check You're on your own. And the checkYou get is going to be nowhere near enough to put your life back together.

I have never experienced any attorney like Karen. Her and Mike are a dynamic dou and powerhouse. She truly fought for my as if I was her family. I was on the verge of loosing everything I worked for and am in the best position I've ever been in. My case could have ruined my entire family But God.... He use these two to turn things around. I wouldn’t recommend. Charles Rhodes was completely unprofessional. They took my case, but once the insurance denied the claim and it was time to talk about taking it to court, they ignored my calls and never called me again. What a waste of my time. Don’t let them waste your time either.
